These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your use of the website located at win77.casa and all associated products, services, games, and features offered by Win77 ("the Platform", "Win77", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement is entered into between Win77 and you, the user ("you", "your", "Player", "Member").

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of win77.casa, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease access to and use of the Platform.

Win77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — refers to the Win77 website (win77.casa), mobile interface, and all associated services, software, content, and features.
• "Account" — the personal account registered by you on the Platform, used to access games, place bets, and conduct transactions.
• "Player" / "Member" / "You" — any individual who registers an Account on the Platform and uses its services.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, free spin, or other incentive offered by Win77 to Players, subject to applicable wagering requirements and terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it may be withdrawn, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the Player from personal funds, as distinct from bonus credit.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credit credited to the Player's Account, subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer. The identity and address verification process required by Win77 in compliance with applicable anti-fraud and anti-money laundering obligations.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the Platform.
• "Cryptocurrency" — digital currencies accepted on the Platform, including but not limited to USDT (Tether) and BTC (Bitcoin).
• "Prohibited Conduct" — any behaviour, action, or activity expressly prohibited under Section 9 of this Agreement.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on Win77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual person, not as an agent or representative of another party.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform closed or suspended for violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any Win77 employee in a role related to platform operations, game integrity, or promotional administration.
• You are not using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order placed through Win77 or any responsible gambling scheme recognised by Win77.
• You are of sound mind and are gambling voluntarily, for entertainment purposes, with funds you can afford to lose.

Win77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point, including but not limited to age verification documents, proof of identity, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by Win77 may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each individual Player may register only one (1) Account on Win77. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether directly or through proxies, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your membership. Win77 reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information has been provided.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Win77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to protect your credentials.

4.3 One Account Per Household

Win77 operates a one-account-per-household policy. Players sharing the same IP address, device, or household who are found to be exploiting this policy — in particular to claim multiple welcome bonuses — may have their Accounts reviewed, bonuses cancelled, and associated funds suspended pending investigation.

Win77 is obligated to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-fraud and anti-money laundering standards. KYC verification may be requested at any stage of your membership, including at the time of withdrawal, after reaching specified transaction thresholds, or upon review of your Account activity.

5.1 Required Documents

KYC verification typically requires the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport. Both sides of the MyKad must be submitted.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill (e.g., Tenaga Nasional Berhad, SYABAS), bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document with your face visible.
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshots or statements confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet account statement).

5.2 Verification Timeline

Win77 aims to complete KYC review within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Pending KYC completion, Win77 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests. Deposits and gameplay may continue during the review period unless otherwise specified.

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Win77 accepts deposits via the following methods:

• DuitNow, FPX (all participating Malaysian banks)
• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC)

6.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Win77 reserves the right to return deposits made via unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend the relevant Account pending investigation.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for MYR transactions. There is no minimum for cryptocurrency deposits, though network fees apply. Win77 does not charge deposit processing fees on MYR deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering standards.

Win77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified Accounts. However, certain requests may be subject to additional review, in which case processing may take up to 24 hours. Win77 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or telecommunications failures.

6.4 Currency

All Account balances, transactions, and game stakes are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the Player has opted for a cryptocurrency balance. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited to the Account at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. Win77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

Win77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer and the general provisions set out in this section.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players only. Win77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each individual promotion.
• Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, Win77 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any associated winnings from the withdrawal.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Typically: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and certain game types may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Win77 employs active monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering exclusively on low-risk outcomes to deplete bonus requirements, using multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, and coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent bonus restrictions. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended, bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and the Account closed.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer games, and other wagering activities conducted through Win77. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are available within the respective game interfaces and betting markets.

8.1 Accepted Bets

Win77 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. This includes, but is not limited to, bets placed in error, bets placed using exploited technical glitches, or bets that Win77 reasonably suspects have been placed as part of a scheme to defraud the Platform.

8.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that results in an incorrectly stated odds price, game outcome, or transaction record, Win77 reserves the right to void the affected bets or transactions and correct the error. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle for all electronic gaming activities.

8.3 Results

The outcome of all games and sporting events as recorded by Win77's systems shall be final and binding, subject to any sporting authority result amendment recognised by Win77. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, Win77's records shall be the primary point of reference.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Win77 and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or via a proxy, agent, or representative.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or derive an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches — whether discovered inadvertently or deliberately sought — to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games or sports betting markets to influence outcomes.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of Win77 as a vehicle for illegal financial transactions.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any manipulation of a sporting event or game outcome.
• Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge or a position of influence over the outcome.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Win77 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of Win77's systems, databases, or other Players' accounts.

All content on win77.casa — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Win77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from win77.casa without Win77's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Win77, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content thereon.
• Any transaction conducted through the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account, transmissions, or data.
• Any statements, conduct, or omissions of any third party on or through the Platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or delays in Platform availability.
• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform.

Win77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any one event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Win77 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, KYC non-compliance, or at the Player's own request.

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting Win77 support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 Win77-Initiated Closure

Where Win77 closes an Account due to violation of these Terms, all funds associated with the Account — including real money balances — may be withheld pending investigation. Win77 will provide a written statement of the grounds for closure upon request, subject to its obligations not to tip off under applicable law.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. Win77 will make reasonable attempts to notify the Player. A monthly dormancy administration fee of RM 10 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be applied to dormant Account balances.

Win77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via Account Settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period (7 days, 30 days, 6 months) or permanently.

Win77 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on win77.casa. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent on-platform notice.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any modification, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which Win77 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, Win77 operates an internal complaints procedure. Win77 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
